GoHighLevel (CRM): contact management, pipeline tracking, appointment scheduling, email and SMS delivery
Stripe: payment processing. We do not store credit card numbers; Stripe handles all payment data directly
Cloudflare: website hosting, security, and performance
Google Workspace: email communications and document storage
Venmo (PayPal): alternative payment processing

Payment Processing

All payment transactions are processed through Stripe or Venmo (PayPal). We do not collect, store, or have access to your full credit card or bank account numbers. Payment processors handle your financial data under their own security standards (PCI-DSS compliance for Stripe).

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Specifically:

Client project data: retained for the duration of our business relationship plus 3 years
Application data (non-clients): retained for up to 2 years, then deleted
Marketing communications data: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

If you opt in to receive text messages, we will send project updates, appointment reminders, and marketing messages to the phone number you provided. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text messages may be sent using automated technology.
