These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, services, and applications (collectively, the "Services") provided by Funnel Finish Line, a service of Divine Ventures Group LLC DBA The Systems Doula ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Services Overview
Funnel Finish Line provides done-for-you business infrastructure services, including but not limited to: FG Funnels system builds, AI-powered growth services, consulting, and digital strategy. Service details, scope, and pricing are discussed during your strategy call and outlined in your project agreement.
Applications and Bookings
Submitting an application or booking a strategy call does not guarantee acceptance into our programs or create a contractual obligation. We reserve the right to decline any application at our discretion.
Payment Terms
- Pricing, payment schedules, and refund policies are outlined in your individual project agreement.
- Setup fees are due before work begins.
- Retainer fees (for ongoing services) are billed monthly and may be canceled with 30 days written notice.
- All fees are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
Client Responsibilities
To receive our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete information in your application and during the project
- Respond to requests for content, assets, or feedback in a timely manner
- Maintain active accounts on platforms required for your project (e.g., FG Funnels)
- Grant necessary access to your accounts for the duration of the project
Intellectual Property
- Your content: You retain ownership of all content, branding, and materials you provide to us.
- Our work product: Upon full payment, you receive a license to use all deliverables created for your project. We retain the right to showcase anonymized versions in our portfolio.
- Our tools and templates: Proprietary systems, templates, and frameworks used in delivering the Services remain our intellectual property.
Confidentiality
We treat your business information, login credentials, and project details as confidential. We will not share this information with third parties except as necessary to deliver the Services (e.g., with service providers listed in our Privacy Policy).
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or lead generation results.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Third-Party Services
Our Services integrate with third-party platforms including FG Funnels (GoHighLevel), Google Workspace, Facebook, Instagram, and others. We are not responsible for the availability, terms, or conduct of these third-party services. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service.
Termination
- Either party may terminate ongoing retainer services with 30 days written notice.
- We may terminate Services immediately if you breach these Terms.
- Upon termination, you retain access to all completed deliverables. Work in progress will be delivered in its current state.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of our principal place of business, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
